AiAstroHub ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account Information (via Firebase Authentication):

• Name and email address provided during Google Sign-In or email registration.
• A unique Firebase User ID (UID) used to identify your account.

Birth Data:

• Name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth — entered during onboarding.
• Your birth chart (planetary positions, house placements, Ascendant) computed from the above.
• This data is stored locally on your device (browser localStorage) and is not automatically uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly sync it.

Usage Data:

• Number of messages sent (tracked for credit management).
• Remaining message credits balance.

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To calculate and display your natal birth chart.
• To generate personalized AI astrological readings via Google Gemini AI.
• To manage your message credit balance for the monetization system.
• To communicate important service updates or policy changes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

AiAstroHub uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Firebase — for authentication and user identity management. Your email and name are stored in Firebase. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini AI — your birth chart data and chat messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate astrological responses. This data is processed in accordance with Google AI Terms.
• Aiven PostgreSQL — your account information and message credit balance are stored in a secure hosted database.

⚠️ Please note: AI-generated predictions are not always accurate. Your chart data is shared with Google Gemini solely to generate responses and is not used to train AI models under our API agreement.

We retain your account data (email, name, credit balance) for as long as your account is active. Birth chart data stored locally in your browser can be cleared at any time by resetting your chart within the app.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@aiastrohub.com.

AiAstroHub uses browser localStorage to store your birth profile, chart data, and cached daily insights on your device. No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Firebase Authentication may use session cookies to maintain your logged-in state.

AiAstroHub is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
